Order Cancellations

  • If an order is placed and cancelled within 24 hours, even if a few minutes passed after order is placed, you are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • All orders are processed once payment received. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at sales@projectflatout.com. 3% cancellation fee will incur.
  • All order cancellation after 24 hours will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • When a product is ordered and has left the warehouse and you wish to cancel, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All cancellation is done through Project Flatout discretion. All special ordered parts are non-returnable/non-refundable.
